Description

You will lead the development, design, engineering, and construction of test infrastructure for the Terran R rocket at the Stennis Space Center. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage external consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace and/or construction industry with field engineering and project management experience
• Experience with design documentation and construction drawings
• Ability to independently drive complex projects from concept through execution
• Up to 25% travel to support design, construction, testing, and operations

Responsibilities

• Lead development, design, engineering, and construction of Terran R test infrastructure
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to define architectural, structural, and MEP requirements
• Serve as owner's representative with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Manage construction documentation, RFP, bidding, subcontractor selection, and on-site construction management
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget
