Description

You will assist the Marketing and Communications team with newsletters, events, CRM setup, and campaign analysis at a space exploration company. You'll also help coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support for company events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with MailChimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist MarCom team with newsletters, analytics, and CRM setup
• Support event logistics: venue, catering, AV, vendors
• Manage RSVP lists and check-in processes
• Prepare marketing materials for events and career fairs
• Attend events for setup, swag distribution, and documentation
