You'll use experimentation and AI-driven analytics to optimize campaigns for technical audiences. This role offers strong autonomy at the intersection of strategy and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute full-funnel growth and demand generation strategy
• Own the entire customer lifecycle across acquisition and retention
• Build persona-based campaigns for technical audiences
• Leverage AI tools to optimize targeting and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or demand generation, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
• Proven ability as a player-coach balancing strategy with hands-on execution
• Strong experience using AI-driven marketing workflows
• Deep understanding of technical buyer personas and security-focused audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, Marketo
• Background in attribution modeling and cohort analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
