📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in technical consulting or solutions architecture
• Proven experience in change management strategies
• Deep expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, SAFe, Prosci)
