You'll bridge Talent Acquisition, Training, and Operations to guide new Virtual Assistants from offer acceptance to full deployment. You'll deliver structured onboarding sessions, handle documentation and system setup, and ensure each assistant is fully oriented to Wing’s culture, tools, and client-ready standards.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in onboarding or HR operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with remote work tools like Slack, Google Workspace.
