Description

You will serve as the regional pricing leader and European pricing voice for Revolution Medicines, accountable for maximizing European value realization while safeguarding long-term global price integrity. Operating at the intersection of regional execution and global pricing governance, you will deliver rapid pricing scenario analyses, develop European price strategies, and coordinate with country teams and global colleagues to optimize portfolio value.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in European pricing and market access
• Expert knowledge of IRP/MFN mechanics and HTA-driven pricing dynamics
• Track record of delivering pricing scenario analyses and strategic recommendations
• Ability to collaborate across Country Senior Directors, Market Access, and global teams
• Experience in oncology pricing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid European pricing scenario analyses for governance, negotiations, and competitive response
• Own European IRP simulation model covering 25+ markets
• Develop price corridor recommendations and launch sequencing strategies
• Model pricing implications of indication expansions and portfolio interdependencies
• Represent European pricing in global governance forums and committees
