You'll assist a tech travel client, leading programs to increase adoption and retention. You'll guide complex implementations, mentor junior team members, and collaborate to refine customer success strategies. This role offers flexible hybrid work in Mexico City.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve issues and promote engagement for external clients.
- Guide clients through Pencil Pro and J+ Creative best practices.
- Manage Pencil Pro implementation projects and onboarding.
- Gather user insights to enhance platform adoption.
- Develop strategies to increase usage and adoption.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or SaaS.
- 3+ years driving adoption and managing enterprise client relationships.
- Experience managing complex client onboarding and implementation projects.
- Experience conducting product training sessions.

- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or creative technology.
- Understanding of production workflows.
- Interest in emerging market tech trends and AI.
