You will represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and property division, drafting legal documents and attending court hearings, with support from a national firm that prioritizes work-life balance and professional development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Kansas state bar and in good standing
• 2-5 years of experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes
• Attend court hearings and trials, present cases effectively
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the process
