💼 About This Role

You'll assist partners and lobbyists in a Government Services Practice during the first legislative session of the 54th Indiana General Assembly. You'll draft client communications, research legislation, and track bills at the Indiana State House. This is a full-time, on-site internship with regular participation in legislative activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Draft client communications and legislative updates.
  • Research legislation and current Indiana statutes.
  • Prepare client reports using legislative software.
  • Monitor and track bill progression at the State House.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Knowledge of state governmental processes.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including evenings.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with the Indiana General Assembly.
  • Government or political internship background.
  • Strong communication and public-speaking skills.
