• Perform preventative maintenance duties and unit inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting
• Complete turnovers and renovation of apartments

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of engineering experience
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and move appliances
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet
