You'll work as a trusted advisor for agencies, helping them scale and optimize their TV strategy through data-driven decision making. You'll partner with internal teams to translate media insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable results using Tatari's proprietary platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute linear TV and streaming buys across national and local inventory.
  • Optimize campaigns using real-time data from Tatari's platform on performance and audience trends.
  • Partner with client management teams to turn insights into actionable scaling recommendations.
  • Lead client conversations with strategic recommendations and communicate performance decisions.
  • Source and negotiate unique buying opportunities including discounted inventory and upfront deals.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in TV and video media buying and planning.
  • Deep understanding of the TV and streaming landscape including networks and programming.
  • Proven success scaling TV campaigns using performance KPIs to drive buying decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and how TV, programmatic, data, and measurement work together.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Programmatic or platform trading experience.
  • Experience with sports and premium placements.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
