🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultative sales and service to branch clients
• Grow consumer and business lending pipeline through relationships
• Conduct outbound calls and networking to generate referrals
• Open accounts and perform maintenance in compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a banker or client relationship consultant
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in consultative sales with established performance goals
• Ability to analyze credit data and financial information

• Advanced knowledge of retail banking products and systems
• Experience with complex account types (Trusts, Powers of Attorney)
• Strong cross-selling and referral management skills
