💼 About This Role
You'll own the full renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, managing OEM maintenance and SaaS subscription agreements. You'll protect recurring revenue by ensuring timely renewals, accurate quotes, and minimal churn. This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Proactively manage renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts 90-120 days before expiration
- Prepare and deliver accurate renewal quotes and proposals
- Identify renewal risks early and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate churn
- Document all renewal activity, communication, and outcomes in Salesforce
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Renewals, or Customer Operations
- Experience in the technology industry (OEM hardware, software, SaaS)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
- Moderate proficiency in Excel
