You'll partner with sales teams to develop and execute data-driven enablement solutions that transform the sales process. Your work will directly impact customer experience across US, Brazil, and Mexico markets. Success is measured by business impact and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align enablement initiatives with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Build and maintain onboarding and enablement materials.
• Deliver live and virtual training programs for global sales team.
• Measure and evolve training program effectiveness using performance data.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
• 5+ years in building sales enablement programs.
• 1+ years in management experience.
• 2+ years in sales.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with content and learning management systems.
• Experience with AI data applications like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Experience delivering full-day training sessions to groups of 10+ learners.
