💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and development of Archer's internal tooling ecosystem, acting as a force multiplier across hardware engineering, data analysis, and talent acquisition. Your work will directly enable automated workflows and data-intensive platforms that scale our aircraft development. This role offers the chance to deploy Generative AI solutions and solve complex workflow problems in the aerospace industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain custom tooling for automated workflows across stakeholders.
• Build custom web apps for complex data reviews after flight tests.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for internal tools.
• Develop scalable full-stack web applications to support engineering and operations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Deep expertise in building RESTful APIs and containerized apps via Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience integrating Gen AI via API and employing RAG.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building tools for hardware/IoT, especially time-series data analysis.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers connecting data sources to LLMs.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
