💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end payroll and labor routines ensuring legal compliance and accuracy. You'll provide consultative support to clients on labor and social security matters. This role offers development opportunities in a structured, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and audit payroll for accuracy and compliance.
• Execute hiring, termination, vacation control, and leave administration.
• Calculate labor charges and manage ancillary obligations.
• Submit eSocial, FGTS Digital, and DCTFWeb within deadlines.
• Provide client support on labor and social security issues.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a payroll/HR department, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and payroll routines.
• Familiarity with eSocial, FGTS Digital, and related DP processes.
• Completed higher education in Accounting, Administration, HR, or related fields.

• Experience with Domínio, Alterdata, or similar payroll systems.
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented profile with good communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands with high quality.
