🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead scheduled group exercise classes for senior residents
• Develop classes for flexibility, cardio, strength, balance, and standing exercises
• Promote positive fitness levels for a senior population

📋 Requirements

• Certification as a Fitness Instructor from an accredited organization (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, IDEA, or SFA)
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• One year of experience as a Fitness Specialist, preferably in senior services
