Description

You will create and execute project work plans, manage teams and budgets, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Interaction with clients and DOT agencies is key.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of diverse and progressive civil transportation design experience
• Licensed PE in PA or planning to obtain licensure soon
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience with public agencies, private entities and/or municipalities
• Progressive experience with developing plans per DOT standards
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Strong organizational skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules
• Advanced use of CADD and assure compliance with project CADD standards
• Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables
