Description

You will develop and execute Scout's end-to-end order lifecycle and operator tools, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing from customer demand through production scheduling and finished vehicle logistics. You will systematize manual processes into world-class operator tools to drive scale and quality, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Integrated Business Planning and Finished Vehicle Logistics.

Requirements

• 7+ years in order management, distribution, supply chain, or sales operations in automotive OEM or manufacturing
• 3+ years in technology consulting or digital product development, preferably automotive
• Proven success in managing complex order fulfillment and cross-functional coordination
• Strong systems thinking and hands-on experience with order/distribution platforms
• Comfortable with data models and SQL basics

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment on order-management and distribution strategy
• Develop order-to-production and distribution process aligning demand with capacity
• Systematize processes into operator tools for consistency and speed
• Serve as domain authority for OMD tools and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Define KPIs for operator-tool performance and drive usability design
