πΌ About This Role
You'll be the primary technical owner driving long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. You'll lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for enterprise accounts, and proactively identify churn risk and upsell opportunities. This role offers exposure to CISO/CIO stakeholders and the chance to conduct recovery simulations and resilience reporting.
π― What You'll Do
- Configure customer accounts and customize backup policies.
- Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning.
- Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
- Monitor signals to detect churn risk and define mitigation plans.
π Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
- Fluency in English plus French or German.
- Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.
- VMCE certification required (can be completed post-hire).
β¨ Nice to Have
- AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
- Familiarity with Veeam platform capabilities.
- Executive stakeholder engagement skills (CISO/CIO).
