💼 About This Role

You'll lead the newly unified sales organization following the merger of two industry leaders, directly impacting revenue growth and go-to-market execution. You'll build and scale a high-performance sales team from the ground up, while personally closing enterprise deals. This role offers the chance to shape a category-leading TMS platform in a fast-moving logistics technology environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth
  • Lead as player-coach on complex enterprise deals
  • Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and ops
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 10+ years in senior leadership
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile tech
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC or similar
  • Experience building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up

  • Experience in healthcare delivery or related verticals
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree
