💼 About This Role

You'll represent an investment brokerage in a commission-only 1099 role based in El Segundo, CA (onsite). You'll prospect clients, market properties, and negotiate deals using proprietary tools and mentorship.

• Market investment real estate internally and externally to active investors
• Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals
• Prepare broker opinions of value and market comparables
• Prospect new client relationships and referral sources

📋 Requirements

• Real estate license required or obtained during training
• 3+ years of continuous professional work experience
• Competitive drive with ability to thrive in performance environments
• Coachable with openness to feedback and eagerness to learn
