🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 30-50 corporate partners with a $2-3M revenue goal
• Lead full-cycle fundraising: prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship
• Develop tailored proposals aligning corporate priorities with iMentor's impact
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for grant compliance and partner engagement

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of nonprofit fundraising with a corporate partnerships focus
• Proven success managing a portfolio and meeting $2-3M revenue goals
• Experience securing corporate gifts/grants in the $50K-$500K range
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
