Description

You will lead and manage a team of ~20 AV operators, handling hiring, onboarding, performance management, and shift execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational missions are met and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ direct reports
• Understanding of US labor, employment, and driving laws
• Strong problem-solving and data review skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, evenings, weekends

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new operators, running interview processes and developing rubrics
• Manage team of ~20 operators, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback
• Conduct performance reviews and update evaluation metrics
• Manage start/end-of-shift activities, including attendance, software burns, and operator prep
• Respond to operator and onsite incidents per established procedures
