💼 About This Role

You'll lead the regional compliance function for UK and European regulatory governance in a fast-scaling fintech environment. You'll act as primary liaison with regulators, securing and maintaining licenses under evolving financial services regulations. This high-impact role combines strategic oversight with hands-on regulatory execution in a dynamic digital assets business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the full regional compliance function for UK and Europe.
• Drive UK licensing processes under applicable financial services regulations.
• Design and maintain AML, KYB/KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring frameworks.
• Act as primary contact for UK and regional regulators, managing relationships.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, AML, sanctions, and financial crime prevention.
• Proven experience in regulatory engagement including examinations and audits.
• Strong track record of building and scaling compliance programs in fast-growth organizations.
• Legal degree or equivalent formal legal qualification required.
