You'll own the experience, quality, and vision for Reporting at Perk, crafting data-heavy analytics products that help users make confident decisions. You will translate complex data into simple, considered experiences and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive high-velocity execution with product and engineering
• Conduct user research to translate insights into intuitive experiences
• Design experiences for expense, card, and invoice management
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools like Claude and Cursor

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing data-heavy or analytics products
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Passion for AI with hands-on prototyping
• Familiarity with modern tools like Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code
