You'll lead post-sale technical strategies for Databricks' most complex customers in manufacturing, driving adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You'll serve as the accountable technical leader, ensuring customers maximize value from their workloads. This hybrid role blends technical expertise with commercial growth responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-technical win account strategy across multiple use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and go-live for customer workloads.
• Serve as first contact for technical issues in production.
• Create execution plans covering governance, adoption, and health.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project delivery in Data and AI domain.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or technical architecture role.
• Proven ability to resolve escalations with senior customer executives.
