Description
You will lead account management teams for the expand and retain phase, transforming account management into strategic partnerships. Your mission is to drive world-class retention and identify strategic inflection points where Boomi's platform solves complex business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams focused on renewals and expansion.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume renewal cycles while hitting upsell/cross-sell targets.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention metrics.
- Proficient with CRM tools (SFDC) and using data to predict account health.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth retention by overseeing a team of Leaders and Account Managers focused on renewals and expansions.
- Lead teams to create superior customer experiences ensuring strategic alignment with customer's business needs.
- Review expansion pipeline and collaborate with Customer Success and Renewals teams to ensure renewal health.
- Work with Customer Success and Professional Services for seamless post-sale transitions and long-term adoption.
- Build executive-level relationships and lead sessions on account planning, white-space analysis, and negotiation.
