You'll earn up to $320,000/year while maintaining total flexibility over your schedule, clients, and care model. This role lets you focus on clinical outcomes while we handle logistics and admin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate your own ABA practice
• Set your own hours and select clients
• Hire and lead your RBTs to align with your vision
• Deliver exceptional ABA therapy with platform support

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in ABA therapy and clinical oversight
• Ability to hire and manage RBTs
• Willingness to launch your own practice with support
