💼 About This Role

You'll design end-to-end user experiences for Forge, Anduril's manufacturing software platform. Your work will directly impact the production and delivery of customer-ready hardware for the defense industry. You'll shape critical workflows and help mature the design system across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to product and design strategy decisions.
• Own all aspects of design execution from discovery to implementation.
• Use storytelling to align stakeholders in your design process.
• Create scalable components for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Develop and mature the design system for consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software design experience.
• High attention to detail and mastery of visual interaction design craft.
• Online portfolio demonstrating multimodal experiences.
• Ability to clearly articulate the why, process, and impact of your work.
