🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements including partnerships and licensing.
• Serve as primary counsel for commercial disputes and litigation.
• Advise on M&A transactions and integration.
• Provide employment law advice on hiring, performance, and terminations.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar licensure
• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-3 years in a regulated industry corporate legal department
• Familiarity with SEC filings and Sarbanes-Oxley
