💼 About This Role

You'll own the onboarding and activation of Ramp's self-service customers, driving efficient implementation at scale. Your work will directly shape how businesses move and manage billions in spend. Get in early to help build Ramp's Customer Success organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Become an expert in Ramp's integration and configuration options.
  • Own micro-SMB and SMB accounts 1:1, ensuring full onboarding in 60 days.
  • Partner with Product team to share customer feedback and pain points.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale the onboarding process.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in B2B.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills.
  • Proven track record meeting weekly or monthly KPIs.
  • Experience owning a high volume book of business of 100+ customers.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with accounting software (Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) or CPA.
  • Experience with financial services sales.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
