💼 About This Role
You'll own the onboarding and activation of Ramp's self-service customers, driving efficient implementation at scale. Your work will directly shape how businesses move and manage billions in spend. Get in early to help build Ramp's Customer Success organization.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Become an expert in Ramp's integration and configuration options.
- Own micro-SMB and SMB accounts 1:1, ensuring full onboarding in 60 days.
- Partner with Product team to share customer feedback and pain points.
- Identify opportunities to automate and scale the onboarding process.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in B2B.
- Exceptional project management and time management skills.
- Proven track record meeting weekly or monthly KPIs.
- Experience owning a high volume book of business of 100+ customers.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with accounting software (Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) or CPA.
- Experience with financial services sales.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
