🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team shipping high-impact fraud rules at pace
• Translate threat intel into focused detection strategy aligned with metrics
• Own end-to-end delivery, planning sprints and removing blockers
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering for long-term vision

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading operations teams fighting online fraud in fintech/identity
• SQL fluency to turn raw data into attack stories and metrics
• Proven ability to build, scale, and retain strong operations teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
