You'll own and grow a portfolio of marketplace customers for a Series B fashion-tech startup backed by a16z and Y Combinator. You'll drive month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share by managing relationships with resellers and vintage stores. You'll also build AI-powered workflows to scale high-quality account management.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage customer accounts with £5-15k monthly spend, driving 10-20% MoM growth
  • Build and implement AI-first workflows and automated tools for account management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations to improve platform
  • Win back lapsed accounts through proactive engagement and recommendations

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial or account management experience in early-stage startups
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
  • AI-first mindset with experience building automated workflows or implementing AI tools
