You will lead digital transformation initiatives across the company, working with senior leaders to simplify workflows, embed automation, and scale AI solutions. Your goal is to reduce complexity and free capacity, enabling faster and more focused execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading digital transformation, operational excellence, or business process redesign in SaaS or complex tech environments
• Proven track record embedding automation and AI into workflows
• Strong skills in diagnosing, simplifying, and scaling cross-functional workflows
• Comfort making high-stakes decisions with imperfect information
• Permanent US work authorization and quarterly travel to Montana

• Modernize workflows, systems, and operating rhythms across teams
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives
• Embed automation and AI into business workflows, from assessment to adoption
