Description
You will engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a retail dispensary setting, help educate them on cannabis products and consumption methods, and ensure a positive experience from entry to checkout. You'll play a key role in recommending safe and effective regimens while maintaining compliance with cannabis regulations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in specialty retail
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Possess valid driver's license or state ID
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
Responsibilities
- Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment
- Educate patients on products, consumption methods, and safety
- Recommend safe and effective regimens based on patient needs
- Verify order deliveries for accuracy
- Ensure sales floor is stocked and store is well maintained and compliant
