Description

You will own assigned semiconductor products end-to-end from concept through release, ensuring technical readiness and smooth field transition. You will act as a system-level expert across hardware, software, electrical, and process domains, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering or product support
• Hands-on experience with ALD or related deposition technologies
• Proven track record leading NPIs and resolving system-level technical issues
• Strong understanding of system integration across hardware, software, and process

Responsibilities

• Own assigned products end-to-end from concept through release

• Lead NPI and Continuous Improvement Programs including test planning and field implementation
• Define and deploy Best Known Methods, NPI procedures, and installation guidelines
• Lead cross-functional taskforces to resolve critical product issues
