You will serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts in the Indianapolis metro area through IXL implementation, delivering professional development, analyzing data, and building relationships with district leaders. This role involves local travel (40-60%) and collaboration with internal teams to expand partnerships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years K-12 educator experience delivering professional development
• Experience as school or district administrator or extensive PD delivery to those audiences
• Experience leading district/school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Exceptional presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Support large, complex districts with IXL implementation
• Create professional development plans aligned to district goals
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel locally for PD and school visits (40-60%)
