💼 About This Role

You'll act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, analyzing complex business challenges for a global MarTech company. You'll transform requirements into technical specs and drive UAT processes that ensure alignment with business needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interact with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Analyze and gather detailed business requirements into technical specifications.
• Communicate with UX/UI, Product Owners, and PMs for scope and planning.
• Prepare and present solution proposals to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Advanced/Fluent English communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with pharmaceutical clients
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Office 365
