You'll build and scale HRT's campus talent strategy, focusing on deep, long-term relationships with students and universities. Your core impact is ensuring HRT consistently connects with the strongest emerging technical talent, owning initiatives from start to finish. This role offers a high-touch, white-glove experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate target schools to develop campus recruiting strategies.
- Establish relationships with faculty, career centers, and student organizations.
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of on-campus recruiting events.
- Develop sourcing strategies to engage high-potential students early.
- Travel to campuses to host info sessions, networking events, and outreach.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting for technical talent in tech or quantitative finance.
- Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events.
- Proven ability to build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations.
- Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms and analytics tools.

- Experience in quantitative finance or tech industry recruiting.
- Familiarity with university curricula and course offerings for technical fields.
