You'll build and scale HRT's campus talent strategy, focusing on deep, long-term relationships with students and universities. Your core impact is ensuring HRT consistently connects with the strongest emerging technical talent, owning initiatives from start to finish. This role offers a high-touch, white-glove experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate target schools to develop campus recruiting strategies.
  • Establish relationships with faculty, career centers, and student organizations.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of on-campus recruiting events.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to engage high-potential students early.
  • Travel to campuses to host info sessions, networking events, and outreach.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting for technical talent in tech or quantitative finance.
  • Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms and analytics tools.

  • Experience in quantitative finance or tech industry recruiting.
  • Familiarity with university curricula and course offerings for technical fields.
