  • Develop and manage contact center budget

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years senior leadership in global contact center operation
  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record utilizing AI and emerging technologies
  • Global perspective with experience supporting diverse international customers

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Advanced Degree (Masters or MBA) preferred
  • Experience working across different time zones and cultures
  • Knowledge of Five9, AWS Connect, Zendesk, Workforce Management
