• Establish globally consistent policies for immigration, cross-border work, and transfers
• Build scalable processes and tooling for remote-first global mobility
• Advise senior leaders on immigration, mobility, and location decisions

📋 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of global mobility and immigration experience
• Deep U.S. immigration expertise
• Experience in multi-jurisdiction, remote-first environments
• Ability to influence cross-functional senior stakeholders
