Description

You will lead and grow engineering teams in the Guest Experience area, shaping the next chapter of Mews' Front of House department. Partner with product, design, and data leaders to drive strategy and execution, focusing on guest recognition, personalized experiences, automation, and connected guest journeys.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering organisations in a modern B2B SaaS, platform, or product company
• Track record of leading through scale, ambiguity, and change
• Strong technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and execution
• Experience building healthy organisations through other leaders
• Ability to partner deeply with Product and Design and lead with business context and user value

• Lead and grow engineering teams through managers and senior ICs, creating clarity and high-performance culture
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and other engineering leaders to turn strategy into execution
• Set engineering direction balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
• Raise the bar on engineering excellence, operational health, and delivery rigour
• Drive cross-tribe and cross-division collaboration for shared capabilities
