You'll lead developer experience and platform engineering initiatives, architecting and building internal developer tooling, CI/CD workflows, and scalable infrastructure. Your work will accelerate product delivery and enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate software more efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to shape the technical direction of a fast-growing AI-native energy transaction platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver end-to-end internal developer tooling and platform services.
• Improve and extend core platforms and developer experience tooling.
• Rapidly prototype new workflows, automation, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Senior or Staff Engineer experience in a high-growth startup.
• Proven ability to design complex systems and developer tooling at scale.
• Deep experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS serverless architecture.
• Skilled in responsive front-ends using React.
