Description
In this role, you will develop the strategy for global clinical training and programming, coordinate logistics for webinars and events, and consult with large global accounts to ensure quality member experiences. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage end-to-end program delivery for a fast-growing mental health company.
Requirements
- Clinical license or equivalent in your country
- 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning
- Knowledge of global challenges and solutions in clinical training
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and events platforms
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Global Clinical Training and Programming strategy
- Coordinate logistics for virtual events, clinical providers, and materials
- Consult with large Jumbo customers on training and programming planning
- Partner with US Program Managers to plan and coordinate training
- Measure training effectiveness and maintain customer satisfaction scores
