💼 About This Role

You'll join the Legal team at Nord Security, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for a global cybersecurity leader. You'll support procurement, marketing, and internal teams with risk-balanced legal guidance, ensuring compliance while driving process improvements. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on diverse international contracts in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements like sales, marketing, and procurement contracts.
• Support procurement lifecycle including vendor onboarding and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to develop contract templates and best practices.
• Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in law.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial/contract law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements internationally.
• Solid understanding of digital/IT contracting and data protection.
