💼 About This Role

You'll develop and deploy advanced dry etch processes for optical waveguide manufacturing at a pioneer in AR. This hands-on role focuses on process development, yield improvement, and manufacturing scale-up in a cleanroom environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and sustain dry etch and plasma processes
• Design experiments and analyze process data for capability improvement
• Drive process control, yield improvement, and defect reduction using DOE and SPC
• Support transfer of R&D processes into high-volume manufacturing

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in nanofabrication or semiconductor manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with dry etch/plasma processing equipment
• Bachelor's in engineering or related field
• Experience with SPC, DOE, and structured root cause methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• M.S. or Ph.D. in a related engineering discipline
• Experience with JMP or other statistical analysis tools
• Metrology experience using SEM or TEM
