  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve customer challenges with the platform
  • Document interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Escalate complex issues to technical support engineers

  • 2+ years of technical customer support in a SaaS environment
  • Fluency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
  • Experience with B2B support strongly preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN
