You'll lead weekend worship services and pastor a volunteer team at our Clarks Summit campus. Your core impact is helping people encounter God and grow spiritually through authentic, engaging worship. This role offers creative input on song selection and special events with professional and spiritual development opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead worship 46-48 weekends per year
• Recruit, train, and pastor musicians and artists
• Schedule volunteers using Planning Center Online
• Contribute creatively to song development and research

📋 Requirements

• Salvation experience and active LCBC attendance
• Support LCBC's mission, priorities, and doctrine
• Be a LCBC Partner within 60 days of employment
• Willingness to serve on Pastoral Response Team rotation
