🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of Software Quality Engineering teams globally.
• Oversee testing activities including resource planning and performance monitoring.
• Define and implement test strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects throughout lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or V&V.
• At least 2 years leading QA teams or managing testing projects.
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
